The practice of surgical wound care requires teamwork nurses and interprofessional collaboration in developing quality procedures. purpose this study was to determine the relationship between practices nurse on management postoperative patients at RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh (RSUDZA) 2022. This research is a quantitative with correlative approach by making cross-sectional observations sample size 52 6 inpatient rooms Regional General Hospital dr. Aceh. Data collection carried out distributing questionnaires respondents. team work RSUDZA are mostly fairly good category most moderate level.
